True to the purpose of it formation and as promised, PSF today released the list of 'RIGHT CANDIDATES' to the media and the public.

Along with the initial set of 29 PSF Candidates, the list contains candidates from Gandhiya Makkal Katchi, Abdul Kalam Vision Party, Youth Students Party, Pachai Tamizhagam, Ilaingar Kootamaippu, Gandhiya Samadharma Party & Nermai Ani which totals to 113 candidates.

2016 தமிழக சட்டமன்ற தேர்தல்

புதிய சக்தி அணியின் சார்பில் 113 வேட்பாளர்களை அடையாளம் காட்டுகிறோம்.

புதிய அரசியல் கலாச்சாரத்தை முன்வைத்து, ஊழலற்ற ஆட்சி , இலஞ்சமற்ற நிர்வாகம் , மதுவில்லா தமிழகம் ஆகிய கொள்கைகளை அடிப்படையாக கொண்டு, சமூக முன்னேற்றத்திற்காக தீவிரமாக செயல்பட்டு வரும் வளர்ச்சி அரசியல் பேசும் சமூக ஆர்வலர்களையும், இளைஞர்களையும் ஒரு குடையின் கீழ் கொண்டு வந்து சட்டமன்ற தேர்தலை சந்திக்கும் புதிய சக்தி அணி கடந்த பிப் 23 அன்று உதயமானது.

              அதன் தொடர்சியாக தகுதியான வேட்பாளர்களை, 'புதிய சக்தி அணி'  இந்த தேர்தலில் இனம் காட்டும் முதல் பகுதியாக புதிய சக்தி அணியின் இந்த முதல் வேட்பாளர் பட்டியல் மார்ச் 17 வெளியிடப்பட்டது.  இரண்டாவது வேட்பாளர் பட்டியல், ஏப்ரல் 19 அன்று வெளியிடப்பட்டது.

இந்த சமூகத்தில் புரையோடிப்போயுள்ள லஞ்சம், ஊழல், மது, சாதி ஆகிய பேய்களை விரட்டி, சமூக  முன்னேற்றம் ஒன்றையே முக்கிய குறிக்கோளாக கொண்டு செயல்பட்டு வரும் நேர்மையான இயக்கங்களை / கட்சிகளை ஜனநாயகத்தை மீட்டெடுக்க  "புதிய சக்தி அணி" ஒன்றிணைத்து வருகிறது. புதிய சக்தி அணியின் சார்பில் 29 பேர் களத்தில் நிறுத்தப்பட்டுள்ளனர். நல்லவர்களை மக்களுக்கு அடையாளம் காட்டுவோம் என்று ஏற்கனவே சொன்னதின் அடிப்படையில் அனைத்து தமிழ்நாடு மாணவர் சங்கம், இளைய பாரதம், விடுதலை தேடும் இந்தியர்கள் கட்சி, வருங்கால இந்தியா கட்சி, காந்திய சமதர்ம கட்சி, மக்கள் நல்வாழ்வு கட்சி, அப்துல்கலாம் இலட்சிய இந்திய கட்சி, பச்சை தமிழகம், காந்திய மக்கள் கட்சி, இளைஞர் கூட்டமைப்பு, இளைஞர் மாணவர் கட்சி உள்ளிட்ட கட்சிகள், இயக்கங்கள், சமூக ஆர்வலர்கள் சார்பில் போட்டியிடும் 113 வேட்பாளர்களை புதிய சக்தி அணி சார்பில் அடையாளம் காட்டுகிறோம். இவர்களின் தொகுதி, வேட்பாளர்களின் பெயர், அவர்களுக்கு வழங்கப்பட்டுள்ள சின்னம் ஆகியவற்றை இத்துடன் இணைத்துள்ளோம்.

CAREER HAND HOLDING CEREMONY

While the saying goes like this, students of St.Louis College for the Deaf, Adyar, Chennai rejoiced their "opened doors" on the Career Hand Holding Ceremony held on 4^th May 2016 at the college premises with Opportunity InfoTech as the Training partner, Ooruni Foundation as the NGO partner and Flex being the Sponsors. This is a spin off event of "We Are Your Voice" initiative's launch ceremony held on 13^th February 2016 and the mega job fair conducted exclusively for the hearing impaired students on 4^th March 2016.

The program started with a prayer song by the hearing impaired students in sign language, followed by classical dance performed by a hearing impaired student. The show was initiated by the college's Rev.Bro.Xavier Montfort with a thankful speech towards all the kind hearted people behind this noble operation.

The ceremony lit up by the Chief Guests' lighting up the lamp for the prosperity of the students. Mrs.Raghavi K – Founder, The Headway Foundation was one of the Chief Guests along with Mr.Rathinavel Rajan – Head HR, Rexam and Founder – Ooruni Foundation, Mr. Jahir Hussain – Social Activist and Mr. Sukumar Bhaskar – Sr. Director, Flex. Honoring of all the Chief Guests was done by Rev.Bro.Xavier Montfort.

The Chief Guests' motivational and thanks-giving speech took up the show. 71 students received their offer letters and around 100 students received their course completion certificates. Icing up the cake was an award called "Organization of Benevolence" given to all the employers who provided the job opportunity to the students. Many dignitaries expressed their positive feedbacks about this entire mission.

The ceremony wound up by fulfilled hearts of parents followed by the National Anthem.

PIL Reg Railway Station Amenities - Today High Court Case Hearing Update..

To the Editors:

On 11-02-2016 High court gave order on PIL filed by Satta Panchyayat Iyakkam to provide Toilet, drinking water facilities in Chennai Suburban Railway stations within 60 days. Today, the case came for compliance report filing. On behalf of Satta Panchayat Iyakkam, General Secretary Senthil Arumugam argued the case. We have submitted photos of toilets in worst condition. Railway official submitted a vague status report without "time frame" details regarding when these facilities will be provided in stations. In the case hearing, the chief justice mentioned orally that "...looks like the GM needs to be called to the court". Finally the court gave another 90 days time to provide all the amenities in railway stations and the ordered to list the case for further hearing on July15th,2016.

ஆசிரியர் அவர்களுக்கு,

இரயில் நிலையங்களில் கழிப்பறை,குடிநீர் வசதி செய்துதரக்கோரி சட்ட பஞ்சாயத்து இயக்கம் தொடுத்த பொதுநலவழக்கில் 11-02-2016 அன்று தீர்ப்பளித்த சென்னை உயர்நீதிமன்றம்(தலைமை நீதிபதி) 60 நாட்களுக்குள் இவ்வசதியினை செய்துதரவேண்டும் என்று கூறியிருந்தது. இந்த வழக்கு இன்று மீண்டும் விசாரணைக்கு வந்தது. இயக்கத்தின் சார்பாக, பொதுச்செயலாளர் செந்தில் ஆறுமுகம் வாதிட்டார். திருவான்மியூர் உள்ளிட்ட பல ரயில் நிலையங்களில் கழிப்பறைகள் மிகமோசமான நிலையில் உள்ளதை புகைப்பட ஆதாரத்தோடு சுட்டிக்காட்டினோம். ரயில்வே நிர்வாகம் சார்பாக தாக்கல் செய்யப்பட்ட அறிக்கையில் "..கூடிய விரைவில்" இவ்வசதிகள் செய்துதரப்படும் என்று பொத்தாம் பொதுவான தகவல் தரப்பட்டிருந்தது. இதனை நாங்கள் ஆட்சேபித்தோம், காலவரையறை தரப்படவேண்டும் என்று கோரினோம்.  தலைமை நீதிபதி அவர்கள்,  "...ரயில்வே பொதுமேலாளரை(GM) நீதிமன்றத்திற்கு வரவழைத்தால்தான் பிரச்னைக்கு தீர்வுகிடைக்கும் போல" என்று விசாரணையின்போது குறிப்பிட்டார். ஜீலை 15க்குள் பயணிகளுக்கான அனைத்து வசதிகளுக்கும் செய்துதரப்பட்டிருக்கவேண்டும் என்று குறிப்பிட்ட தலைமை நீதிபதி, வழக்கின் அடுத்தகட்ட விசாரணையை ஜீலை15க்கு ஒத்திவைத்தார்.

தமிழகத்தில் மதுவிலக்கு கோரி நடத்தப்பட்ட எண்ணற்ற போராட்டங்களைக் கண்டுகொள்ளாத தமிழக அரசு, இப்போராட்டங்கள் நடத்துவோரை அடக்கி ஒடுக்குவதை வாடிக்கையாகக் கொண்டுள்ளது. கடந்த பிப்ரவரி 14ம் தேதி "மக்கள் அதிகாரம்" அமைப்பினர் நடத்திய "மூடு டாஸ்மாக்கை" மாநாட்டில் மதுஒழிப்பு குறித்துப் பேசிய சமூக ஆர்வலர்கள் ராஜீ, காளியப்பன், டேவிட்ராஜ், ஆனந்தியம்மாள், வாஞ்சிநாதன், தனசேகரன் ஆகிய 6 பேர் மீது தேசத்துரோக வழக்கு போட்டிருப்பது இப்போக்கிற்கு சமீபத்திய உதாரணம்((வழக்கு எண்:132/16, தேதி:26.03.2016 பிரிவுகள் 124A, 504, 505(1)(b)). குறிப்பாக, தேர்தல் அறிவிப்பு வெளியாகி "காபந்து அரசாக" செயல்பட்டுக் கொண்டிருக்கும் நேரத்திலும் அதிமுக அரசானது இப்படிப்பட்ட நடவடிக்கைகளில் ஈடுபடுவதிலிருந்து இவ்வரசானது கடந்த 5 ஆண்டு ஆட்சிகாலத்தில் காவல்துறையை சமூகப் போராளிகளுக்கு எதிராக எப்படியெல்லாம் பயன்படுத்தியிருக்கும் என்பதைப் புரிந்துகொள்ளலாம்.

"எது தேசத்துரோகம்"?  குடிகெடுக்கும் டாஸ்மாக் கடையை மூடுங்கள் என்று கேட்பது தேசத்துரோகமா?  மாணவர்களைச் சீரழிக்கும் மதுக்கடையை மூடுங்கள் என்று கேட்பது தேசத்துரோகமா? 

2011 தேர்தலில் அதிமுக கூட்டணி அரசு பெற்ற மொத்த வாக்குகள்: 1.91 கோடி. கிட்டத்தட்ட 2 கோடி. இதில் சரிபாதியோ, அதற்கு மேலோ பெண்களின் வாக்காக இருந்திருக்கும். இப்படி 1 கோடி பெண்களின் வாக்கை வாங்கி ஆட்சிக்கு வந்த அதிமுக அரசு, டாஸ்மாக் கடைகள் நடத்தி பெண்களின் வாழ்க்கையைச் சீரழிக்கிறது. தங்கள் வாழ்க்கை மேம்படும் என்று நம்பி வாக்களித்த 1 கோடி பெண்களுக்கு டாஸ்மாக் மூலம் அதிமுக செய்வது பச்சைத் துரோகம். டாஸ்மாக் கடைகள் குடும்பங்களைச் சீரழிக்கிறது என்பது தெரிந்தும், விடாப்பிடியாக மதுக்கடைகள் நடத்தும்  ஜெயலலிதா அரசை "மக்கள் துரோக அரசு" என்று அழைப்பதுதான் சரியாக இருக்கும். ஓட்டுப்போட்ட கோடிக்கணக்கான மக்களுக்குத் துரோகம் செய்த அரசு இன்று சமூக ஆர்வலர்கள் மீது தேசத்துரோக வழக்குப்போடுவது வேடிக்கையாக இருக்கிறது.

பேச்சுரிமை, கருத்துரிமைக்கு மதிப்பளிக்காமல் 6 பேர் மீதும் வழக்குப்போட்டு ஜனநாயகத்தின் குரல்வளையை நெரிக்கும் அதிமுக அரசை வன்மையாகக் கண்டிக்கிறோம். ஆர்வலர்கள் 6 பேர் மீது போடப்பட்டது பொய்வழக்கு என்று விரைவில் நிரூபணமாகும். அவர்கள் விடுதலையாவார்கள். இவர்கள் பொய்வழக்கிலிருந்து விடுதலையாகும் சமயத்தில்  "மக்கள் துரோக அரசு" நடத்துவோர் வீட்டுக்கு அனுப்பப்பட்டிருக்கலாம்.
