Press Release: Power packed Natural Farming Summit comes to an end

Dear Editor,

"Natural farming has to be the way ahead for India," said Vandana Shiva, prominent environmental activist on the concluding day of the two day Natural Farming Summit held at the Art of Living International Centre in Bengaluru, pledging to be in service of the natural farming movement for as long as she is alive.

Delegates including policy makers, ministers, environmental activists, legal experts and farmers came up with an action plan to pave the way forward, as we move towards chemical-free farming. A list of recommendations will be shared with the State and Central Governments for future policy decisions.

Thought-provoking presentations, sharing of best-practices and brainstorming on ways to make the country organic at the earliest marked the concluding day.
