      மதுவிலக்குப் போராட்டத்தின் அடுத்தகட்ட செயல்பாடுகள்

இலவசங்களை அள்ளித்தெளிக்க, தேர்தலில் ஓட்டுக்குப் பணத்தை வாரியிறைக்க ஆட்சிக்கு,கட்சிக்கு பல ஆயிரம் கோடி பணம் வேண்டும். அதற்கு, மதுவிற்பனை தங்கு தடையின்றி நடைபெற வேண்டும் என்பதே இன்றைய ஆளுங்கட்சியின் அணுகுமுறையாக இருந்து வருகிறது. மக்கள் நலனைவிட, முதலமைச்சர் ஜெயலலிதா அவர்கள், தான் நடத்தும் "மிடாஸ் சாராய உற்பத்தி ஆலை" மூலம் கிடைக்கும் 11000 கோடி வருமானமே முக்கியம் என்ற அடிப்படையிலேயே மதுவிலக்கு குறித்து வாய்திறக்க மறுக்கிறார் முதல்வர்.டாஸ்மாக் முற்றுகை, பொதுநலவழக்கு, ஆர்ப்பாட்டங்கள் என மதுவிலக்கு கோரி பலகட்டப் போராட்டங்கள் நடத்தியுள்ள சட்ட பஞ்சாயத்து இயக்கம், சட்டசபையில் மதுவிலக்கை அறிவிக்கக்கோரி கடந்த 33 நாட்களாக உண்ணாவிரதம் இருந்துவருகிறது.

அடுத்த கட்ட செயல்திட்டங்கள்:

1. மதுவிலக்கை அறிவிக்காத அ.தி.மு.கவை வருகின்ற சட்டமன்றத் தேர்தலில் புறக்கணிப்போம்,தோற்கடிப்போம்:

தமிழகத்தில் மிகப்பெரும்பாலான அரசியல் கட்சிகள், பொதுநல அமைப்புகள், பெண்கள் அமைப்புகள் மதுவிலக்கை அறிவிக்கவேண்டும் என்ற நிலைப்பாட்டில் உள்ளபோது சட்டசபையில் மதுவிலக்கு குறித்த அறிவிப்பு எதுவும் வெளியிடப்படவில்லை. மேலும், மதுவிலக்கு என்பது தேர்தல் பிரச்னையாக, ஓட்டுக்களைப் பாதிக்கும் பிரச்னையாக மாறாது என்ற நம்பிக்கையிலேயே முதல்வர் ஜெயலலிதா அவர்கள் மதுவிலக்கை அறிவிக்க மறுக்கிறார். இது உண்மை நிலையில்லை என்பதை நிரூபிக்கும்விதமாக நடைபெற உள்ள சட்டமன்றத்தேர்தலில் மதுவிலக்கை அறிவிக்காத அ.தி.மு.க.வைப் புறக்கணிக்க வேண்டும் ; தோற்கடிக்க வேண்டும் என்று பொதுமக்களை சட்ட பஞ்சாயத்து இயக்கம் கேட்டுக்கொள்கிறது. அதேசமயம், எந்த ஒரு குறிப்பிட்ட கட்சிக்கும் சட்ட பஞ்சாயத்து இயக்கம் ஆதரவு தரவில்லை, வாக்களிக்கக் கோரவில்லை என்பதைத்  தெரிவித்துக்கொள்கிறது.

2. மாவட்டங்களில் "மதுவிலக்கு பேரணி":

மதுவிலக்கு கோரிக்கை என்பது ஒட்டுமொத்த தமிழக மக்களின் கோரிக்கை என்பதை வலுவாக வெளிக்காட்டும்விதமாகவும், வரும் தேர்தலில் மதுவிலக்கை அறிவிக்கும் கட்சிக்கே வாக்களிப்போம் என்பதைப் பொதுமக்கள் தெரிவிக்கும்விதமாகவும் மாவட்டங்களில் "மதுவிலக்குப் பேரணி" நடத்தப்படும்.

3. "மதுக்கடைக்குப் பூட்டு; அதற்கு எனது ஓட்டு" –
                                 வீடு வீடாய்ப் பிரச்சாரம்:

பொதுமக்களை வீடு, வீடாய் சந்தித்து மதுவிலக்கை அறிவிக்கும் கட்சிகளில் உங்களுக்குப் பிடித்தமானோருக்கு வாக்களியுங்கள், மதுவிலக்கை அறிவிக்காத அ.தி.மு.கவைப் புறக்கணியுங்கள் என்று தொடர் பிரச்சாரம் செய்ய உள்ளோம்.

4. நீதிமன்றத்தை அணுகி சட்ட ரீதியிலான போராட்டம்:

டாஸ்மாக் மேல்மட்ட நிர்வாகம், டாஸ்மாக் கடைகள்,  பார்களில் ஏராளமான முறைகேடுகள், ஊழல்கள் நடக்கின்றன. இதுதொடர்பாக நாங்கள் தகவல் பெறும் உரிமைச்சட்டம் மூலமாக பெற்றுள்ள ஆவணங்கள், ரகசிய கேமராக்கள் மூலம் எடுக்கப்படும் ஆதாரங்கள் ஆகியவற்றின் அடிப்படையில்  நீதிமன்றத்தில் வழக்குத்தொடுத்துப் போராட உள்ளோம்.

விதிமுறைகளை மீறி அமைக்கப்பட்டுள்ள ஏராளமான டாஸ்மாக் கடைகளை மூடுவதற்காக நீதிமன்றத்தில் வழக்குதொடுக்க உள்ளோம்.

5. "அம்மா – சாராயக் கடை":

தமிழக அரசால் செயல்படுத்தப்படும் பல திட்டங்களுக்கு "அம்மா" திட்டம் என்று பெயர் வைக்கப்படுகிறது. அந்த அடிப்படையில், மக்களைக் கொன்று 30 ஆயிரம்கோடி ரூபாய் சம்பாதித்துத் தரும் டாஸ்மாக் கடைகளுக்கு "அம்மா-சாராயக் கடை" என்று பெயர் வைப்பதே பொருத்தமானது என்பதை வலியுறுத்தி 23-09-2015 அன்று மதுரையில் போராட்டம் நடத்திக் கைதானோம். இப்போராட்டங்கள் தமிழகமெங்கும் தொடரும்

பாரம்பரிய அரிசிகளின் உணவுத் திருவிழா

நமது முன்னோர்கள் பயன்படுத்திய ஆரோக்கியமான பாரம்பரிய நெல்விதைகளை, அரிசிரகங்களை மீண்டும் கண்டெடுத்து மக்கள் பயன்பாட்டிற்கு கொண்டுவரும் முயற்சியாக சென்னையில் பாரம்பரிய அரிசிகளின் உணவுத்திருவிழா கருத்தரங்கம் மற்றும் கண்காட்சியை நடத்த உள்ளோம். 

சென்னை ரிப்போர்டர்கில்டிலும், பிரஸ்கிளப்பிலும் செப்டம்பர் 26, சனிக்கிழமை, ஒருநாள் நிகழ்வாக காலை முதல் மாலை வரை இந்நிகழ்ச்சி நடைபெறவுள்ளது.  

திருத்துறைப்பூண்டியில் செயல்படும் 'கிரியேட்' தொண்டு நிறுவனத்தினரின் நெலவிதைகளும், உளுந்தூர்பேட்டை சாராதா ஆஸ்ரமத்தின் நெல்விதைகளும் மக்களுக்கு காட்சிப்படுத்தப் பட உள்ளன. மேலும் 40க்கு மேற்பட்ட மருத்துவ குணமிக்க பாரம்பரிய அரிசிகளின் காட்சிபடுத்த உள்ளோம். இந்த கண்காட்சியை நடிகர் சிவக்குமார் திறந்து வைக்கிறார். கருத்தரங்கு நிகழ்வில் தமிழகத்தில் பாரம்பரிய விவசாயத்தில் முன்னோடிகளான நெல். ஜெயராமன், கோ.சித்தர், போன்றோரும் வேளாண் ஆராய்ச்சியாளர் டாக்டர், ராமன், இயற்கை மருத்துவர்கள் ரத்தினசக்திவேல், மாறன்ஜி, சித்த மருத்துவ முன்னோடி டாக்டர். வேலாயுதம், இயற்கையின் திருமகள். நா.நாச்சாள்,  போன்றோர் பேசவுள்ளனர். மாடித்தோட்டம் குறித்து இலவச பயிற்சி தரப்படும். தமிழருவிமணியன், திரைப்பட இயக்குநர் ஜனநாதன், கலந்துக்கொண்டு பேசுள்ளனர். உணவுத்திருவிழாவில் 12விதமான பாரம்பரிய அரிசிகளின் சாப்பாடு வகைகளும், பலகார (டிபன்)வகைகளும் பரிமாறப்படவுள்ளன. 

பாரம்பரிய உணவுக் கலாசாரத்தை மீட்டெடுக்கும் ஒரு சிறிய முயற்சியாக தேவாமிர்தம் அமைப்பு இந்த ஒரு நாள் நிகழ்வை வடிவமைத்து உள்ளது.   

இந்நிகழ்வில் பெருவாரியான மக்கள் கலந்துகொண்டு பயன் பெற ஏதுவாக தங்கள் ஊடகத்தில் செய்தி வெளியிடுமாறு கேட்டுக்கொள்கிறோம்.

Devaamirham traditional food organization  will contact one day food festival   and conference in Chennai reporters gild and Press club  on Saturday 26^th September.  The festival will be started 9.00 am till 7pm.

 

Thiruthuraipoondi 'creat' welfare  organization will disply more than 150 seed rice  and ulundurpet 'Sarada Asharam' also display some seed rice. And then as kinds of Medicinal rice will be displayed.

Actor Sivakumar will inaugurate the exhibition. As a pioneer in the state in the event of the seminar on traditional rice farming. Jayaraman, k. sidhar, such as agro researcher Dr. Raman, Naturopathic doctors Rathina sakthivel, Maran G, Doctor of Medicine predecessor. Velayudan, Scripture nature. Nanachal, will also be like. The free training will be given Green House. Tamilaruvi maniyan, Film director Jananathan, also  participated. 12 kinds of traditional rice varieties are in food festival meals, snacks (breakfast) will be provided.   

 

Devaamirtam traditional dietary culture and to try to restore a little of this one-day event is to design the system.

Right from the first day of the present assembly session(24th Aug) Satta Panchayat Iyakkam is conducting relay fast demanding prohibition announcement in Assembly. ( Satta panchayat General Secretary Senthil Arumugam & Varaahi Sithar went on fast for 7 days continuously.)

- TOMORROW ON 16TH DAY OF RELAY FAST , fasting will be continued by DEC 3 MOVEMENT (movement for physically challenged) headed by Deepak.

- 6 activists of Satta Panchayat Iyakkam who got arrested for protesting near PoesGarden(demanding liquor prohibition) were released on conditional bail. Today we went to Teynampet police station to sign.

- நாளை 16ம் நாள் உண்ணாவிரதத்தில் "மாற்றுத்திறனாளிகளுக்கான" டிசம்பர் 3 இயக்கத் தோழர்கள் பங்கேற்கிறார்கள்( தீபக் தலைமையில்)

இன்று காலை 9.30 மணிக்கு "மிடாஸை மூடு" "மதுவிலக்கை அறிவி" என்ற கோரிக்கை பேனர்களை உடலில் அணிந்து தி.நகர் அலுவலகத்திலிருந்து தேனாம்பேட்டை காவல் நிலையத்திற்கு( "மிடாஸ் கார்டனை" முற்றுகையிட்டதற்காக ஜெயில்- ஜாமீனில் விடுதலை-இது தொடர்பான நிபந்தனை ஜாமீனில் கையெழுத்திட) நடந்து மதுவிலக்கு அறிவிக்க கோரி பதாகைகளோடு ஜாமீன் கையெழுத்து போட சென்ற சட்ட பஞ்சாயத்து இயக்க நிர்வாகிகள் 6 பேரும் இயக்க அலுவலக வாயிலில் கைது செய்யப்பட்டு மாம்பலம் காவல் நிலையத்தில் அடைத்து வைத்துவிட்டு இன்று நீங்கள் தேனாம்பேட்டை காவல் நிலையத்தில் கையெழுத்து போட முடியாது ஆதலால் உங்கள் ஜாமீனை ரத்து செய்து சிறைக்கு அனுப்புவோம் என்று காவல்துறை அதிகாரி மிரட்டல்.

14 th day fasting protest is continuing today at SPI office demanding total prohibition  announcement in the current assembly session.

Arrest of SPI office bearer: Today morning at 9:30 AM Senthil Arumugam - Gen Secretary of SPI and other office bearer were arrested at the entrance of the SPI office, while they were walking peacefully towards the Teynampet Police Station to sign the conditional Bail.

No reason were given for their arrest and they were threatened and confined at Mambalam Police Station preventing them from signing the Bail. They were told by the Mambalam Inspector that the Bail would be cancelled if they were not allowed to appear in person at Teynampet. This is an undemocratic way of blocking their individual free speech rights granted under Indian Constitution.

As you are aware that Satta Panchayat Iyakkam has been protesting & demanding the closure of MIDAS and continuous fast is being held at our T Nagar office for the last 10 days requesting the government to announce total liquor prohibition during the current assembly session. 

Satta Panchayat  office bearer and district coordinator has been arrested yesterday evening, while marching towards the Poes Garden demanding the closure of MIDAS Distillery owned by Jayalalitha and her close aides.Later in the night the protesting members were remanded and sent to Puzhal Jail.

SATTA PANCHAYAT IYAKKAM(SPI) volunteers have been observing an indefinite fast in the their office on South West Boag Road at T Nagar for the past 9 days from 24.08.2015 (since the beginning of TN Assembly) till date (01.09.2015) demanding that the State Government announce prohibition during the ongoing assembly session. 

In this regard, on behalf of general public and people of TamilNadu , SATTA PANCHAYAT IYAKKAM (SPI) CONDUCTED "MIDAS BRANDY POURING PROTEST IN FRONT OF THE CHIEF MINISTER OF TAMILNADU, JAYALALITHA's HOUSE" AT 4 PM ON THIS DAY OF SEPTEMBER 1^st 2015.

 

THE DEMANDS OF THIS PROTEST ARE

 1.   TO CLOSE DOWN JAYALALITHA's  MIDAS GOLDEN DISTILLERIES WITH IMMEDIATE EFFECT.

 2.   TO IMPLEMENT PROHIBITION IN THE STATE.
