23 February 2018, Bengaluru: With women from 60 countries including 250 delegates, 75 speakers, 100 rural women, 60 young women from over 30 colleges, the 8th edition of the International Women's Conference got off to a graceful start at the magnificent Vishalakshi Mantap at The Art of Living International Center drawing a global viewership of over one lakh. 

Amidst the presence of over 500 powerful and courageous women, the conference saw addresses from prominent dignitaries including D Rupa, IGP, Karnataka, Arundhati Bhattacharya, former chairman, State Bank of India; Chetna Gala Sinha, Founder-Chairperson Mann Deshi Bank and Mann Deshi Foundation, Rani Mukerji, Indian Actress, Dr. Jiko Haveni, first female speaker in the Fijian Parliament.

"Spirituality transcends gender," said Gurudev Sri Sri Ravi Shankar while addressing the conference. He also batted for women to lead religious and spiritual organizations. "Gender equality should be honored in all countries. The process will be faster and smoother if there are more women religious leaders to do it."

Women achievers from diverse fields- finance, politics, music, medicine, social service, arts and entertainment were awarded with the Vishalakshi Award for their impactful and noteworthy contribution for making a difference in their professional and personal spheres. The ceremony also recognized the role of men in empowering women especially in rural areas by felicitating them through the Acharya Ratnanand Awards. These biennial awards have been instituted in the memory of service rendered by Gurudev's parents to society. These awards celebrate not only efforts of individuals but also the principles of human values that the awardees embody.  The detailed list of Awardees is given below.

Titled, 'Life: A Mystical Journey,' the 3 day conference is a congregation of accomplished women achievers, artists, policy-makers and sportswomen among others, to explore ways to amplify the message of peace and empowerment, including spiritual tools.

Concurring with the theme of the conference, Rani Mukerji, award winning actor said, "My goal as an actor has changed. It's not about winning awards or setting the box office on fire. It's about telling stories with the potential to create change."

This year, the IWC's, prime focus will also be to create open defecation free districts in India. In phase 1, the organization has worked towards sensitization and awareness about use of toilets in 12 gram panchayats across 7 states. In Phase II, 4000 toilets will be built.   

Day 2 and Day 3 of the conference will keep up with more invigorating sessions and stories of exemplary women like Jian Abdulla Merani, Founder, Ronahee Foundation, Kurdistan, Ms. Raseel Gujral Ansal, lifestyle designer, Dr. Vijitha M.  Bengaluru, 19 February,2018: Over 500 accomplished women achievers, artists, policymakers, sportswomen among others will participate in the 8th International Women's Conference (IWC). Titled, 'Life: A Mystical Journey,' the conference will be held at The Art of Living International Center, Bengaluru between February 23 and 25. 

 IWC has unique twin goals- individual development and collective action. It facilitates partnership-building and leadership development among women leaders globally.

Some of the speakers for this year's conference include Arundhati Bhattacharya, former chairman, State Bank of India; Chetna Gala Sinha, Founder-Chairperson Mann Deshi Bank and Mann Deshi Foundation, 

​Rani Mukherji , Indian Actress, ​ Vandana Shiva, environmentalist, and ecologist; Madhoo Shah, actress, MridulaSinha, Governor, Goa,  Adriana Marais, theoretical physicist, head of innovation at SAP Africa; Professor MaithreeWickramasinghe, founder director of Center for Gender Studies at the University of Kelaniya.

Increasing number of women are leading from the front in multiple fields. The IWC builds on this trend. It works with women leaders to enhance their impact and gives an impetus to the global advancement of women from all backgrounds. 

 The 2018 conference will explore ways to amplify the message of peace and empowerment, including spiritual tools.

"The role of women in the development of a society is of utmost importance. It is the only criterion that determines whether a society is strong and harmonious," says Gurudev Sri Sri Ravi Shankar, Founder, The Art of Living, which is one of the conference partners.

Since its inception in 2005, the conference has focused on diversity and inclusiveness. Over 375 eminent speakers and 5500 delegates from over 100 countries have participated in the conference. The IWC focuses on advancing the status of women in fragile and post-conflict states. It also worked with the World Bank Institute to develop empowerment schemes for women in vulnerable nations and expanded vocational training for widows in Iraq.

The IWC also supports The Art of Living's Gift A Smile project. Over 58,000 students study in 435 free schools across 20 Indian states. Encouragingly, girl children comprise 48% while 90% are first-generation learners. Promoting girl child education is the underlined focus area for IWC.

This year the focus will also be to create open defecation free districts in India. In phase 1, the organization will work towards sensitization and awareness about use of toilets and increasing health and hygiene in these areas. In Phase II, 4000 toilets will be built.    

IWC in the past has been associated with pivotal social initiatives like constructing homes for the under privileged, creating awareness about environment and environmental care, movement to stop violence against women, and child and women empowerment through skills training.

 பெங்களூரு, 19 பெப்ரவரி, 2018: 500 க்கும் மேற்பட்ட தலை சிறந்த  பெண்கள் ,கலைஞர்கள், கொள்கை வகுப்பாளர்கள், விளையாட்டு வீரர்கள் ஆகியோர் 8 வது சர்வதேச மகளிர் மாநாட்டில் (IWC) பங்கு பெறுவார்கள். பெப்ரவரி 23 மற்றும் 25 க்கு இடையில் பெங்களூரில் உள்ள வாழும்கலையின் (தி ஆர்ட் ஆஃப் லிவிங்) சர்வ  தேச மையத்தில் இம்மாநாடு நடைபெறுகிறது.

பல துறைகளில் பெண்களின் எண்ணிக்கை அதிகரித்து வருகிறது. இந்தப் போக்கை  சர்வ தேச மகளிர் மாநாடு கட்டமைக்கிறது.   தங்கள்  தாக்கத்தை அதிகரிக்க   அது, பெண் தலைவர்களுடன் பணிபுரிந்து,  பெண்களின் உலகளாவிய முன்னேற்றத்திற்கு  அனைத்து பின்னணிகளிலிருந்தும் உத்வேகம் தரச் செய்கிறது.

2005 ல் துவங்கியதில் இருந்து, இம்மாநாடு  பன்முகத்தன்மை மற்றும் உள்ளுணர்வு ஆகியவற்றை மையமாகக் கொண்டது. மாநாட்டில் 375 க்கும் மேற்பட்ட பிரபல பேச்சாளர்கள் மற்றும் 100 க்கும் மேற்பட்ட நாடுகளில் இருந்து 5500 பிரதிநிதிகள் கலந்து கொள்கின்றனர்.  பலவீனமான மற்றும் மோதல்கள் நிறைந்த பின்தங்கிய  பகுதிகளிலுள்ள    பெண்களின் நிலையை மேம்படுத்துவதில் சர்வ தேச மகளிர் மாநாடு  கவனம் செலுத்துகிறது. பாதிக்கப்பட்ட நாடுகளில் பெண்களுக்கு வலுவூட்டுதல் திட்டங்களை மேம்படுத்துவதற்காகவும், ஈராக்கில் விதவைகளுக்கு விரிவுபடுத்தப் பட்ட தொழில்முறை பயிற்சியை மேம்படுத்துவதற்கும் இது,  உலக வங்கி நிறுவனத்துடன் இணைந்து பணியாற்றுகிறது.

 

சர்வ தேச மகளிர் மாநாடு வாழும் கலையின்  'புன்னகையைப் பரிசளியுங்கள் ' திட்டத்தை ஆதரிக் கிறது. 20 இந்திய மாநிலங்களில் 435 இலவச பள்ளிகளில் 58,000 க்கும் அதிகமான மாணவர்கள் படிக்கின்றனர். ஊக்கமளிக்கும் வகையில், பெண் குழந்தைகள் 48% மற்றும் முதல் தலைமுறை மாணவர்கள்  90% உள்ளனர். பெண் குழந்தை கல்வியை ஊக்குவிப்பது சர்வ தேச மகளிர் மாநாட்டின் அடிக்கோடிடப் பட்ட  முக்கியக் கவனப்  பகுதியாகும்.

 

இந்த ஆண்டு இந்தியாவில் திறந்தவெளி கழிவுகள் இல்லாத மாவட்டங்களை உருவாக்க வேண்டும் என்பதில் இம்மாநாடு கவனம் செலுத்தும். முதல் கட்டத்தில்  கழிப்பறையைப் பயன் படுத்துவதைப் பற்றி உணர்திறன் மற்றும் விழிப்புணர்வு ஏற்படுத்தவும், மற்றும் இந்த பகுதி களில் ஆரோக்கியம்  மற்றும் சுகாதாரம் அதிகரிக்கவும் கவனம் செலுத்தும். இரண்டாம் கட்டத்தில், 4000 கழிப்பறைகள் கட்டப்படும்.

-     நமது மாநிலத்திற்குள் சேகரிக்கப்படும்/ உற்பத்தியாகும் 227 டி.எம்.சியை முறையாக சேமித்து வைப்பதற்கான நடவடிக்கைகளை மாநில அரசு மேற்கொள்ள வேண்டும்.

 

The Supreme Court verdict on Kaveri dispute has shocked the entire Tamil community as it appears skewed and partial in every way. 1824 முதல் தீர்வு காண முடியாமல் நீரு பூத்த நெருப்பாக இருக்கும் இருக்கும் காவேரி பிரச்சனைக்கு முற்றுப்புள்ளி வைக்கும் விதமாக உச்சநீதிமன்றம் தீர்ப்பு வழங்கி இருக்கிறது. இந்த தீர்ப்பு ஒட்டுமொத்த தமிழ் சமுதாயத்தை அதிர்ச்சியில் ஆழ்த்தியுள்ளது. நடுவர் மன்றம், உச்சநீதிமன்றம் இதுவரை வழங்கிய பல தீர்ப்புகளை மதிக்காமல் காலம் கடத்திய கர்நாடக மற்றும் இந்திய அரசை ஏதும் கண்டிக்காமல் மென்மையான தீர்ப்பை உச்சநீதிமன்றம் வழங்கி இருக்கிறது. கர்நாடகாவில் தேர்தல் ஆண்டாக இருக்கும் நிலையில் கொடுக்கப்பட்ட தீர்ப்பை மத்திய அரசு மதிக்குமா என்ற ஐயமும் எழுந்துள்ளது.

1924ஆம் ஒப்பந்த படி காவேரியில் வரும் தண்ணீரில், தமிழகம் 80 சதவிகிதமும் கர்நாடக 17% சதவிகிதம் பயன்படுத்த முடியும் என்று கூறி இருக்கிறது. ஆனால் நடுவர்மன்ற தீர்ப்பின்படி கர்நாடக்கிவிற்கு 37%, தமிழகத்திற்கு 57% சதவிகிதமும் ஒதுக்கப்பட்டு இருந்தது. அதை எவ்வித தர்க்கமுமின்றி உச்சநீதிமன்றம் 55% ஆகக் குறைத்து இருக்கிறது. 25 டிஎம்சி தண்ணீர் என்பது காவேரி பாயும் 11 தமிழக மாவட்டங்களின் ஒரு வருட குடிநீர் தேவை. தமிழ்நாட்டில் நிலத்தடி நீரின் தரம் மற்றும் அளவு குறைந்து கொண்டே போகிறது என்று பல அரசின் ஆய்வுகள் தெரிவித்து இருக்கின்றன. ஆனால் எவ்வித புள்ளிவிவரங்களின் அடிப்படை இன்றி தமிழகத்தில் நிலத்தடி நீர் அதிகமாக இருப்பதை கணக்கில் கொண்டு, 10 டிஎம்சி மற்றும் பெங்களூரின் குடிநீர் தேவைக்காக 4.5 டிஎம்சி தருவதாக உத்தரவிட்டு (தீர்ப்பில் 404,15 பத்தியில்,462ஆம் பக்கம்)  இருப்பது தர்க்கம் இல்லாத தன்னிச்சையான முடிவு. ஒரு வேளை தமிழகத்தில் அமைதியாக போராட்டம் நடத்துவதால், கர்நாடகாவின் அராஜகத்துக்கு உச்சநீதிமன்றமும் அடிபணிந்துவிட்டதா என்ற ஐயம் ஏற்படுகிறது.

 

ஒதுக்கப்பட்ட தண்ணீரை கர்நாடக தர மறுக்கிறது என்பது கடந்த கால வரலாறு மற்றும் முக்கியமான பிரச்னை. ஒப்பந்தத்தை மீறினால் கர்நாடகாவிற்கு என்ன தண்டனை என்பதை தீர்ப்பு விரிவாக சொல்லவில்லை. புதுமையான தெளிவான தீர்ப்பை வழங்காமல், ஒப்பந்தத்தை மீறும் கர்நாடகாவிற்கு கூடுதல் தண்ணீர் ஒதுக்கி இருப்பது வரலாற்று பிழை.

காவேரி நடுவர் மன்ற இறுதித்தீர்ப்பில், "இரு மாநிலங்களும் முறையாக நதிநீரைப் பங்கிட காவிரி மேலாண்மை வாரியத்தை அமைத்திட வேண்டும். அவ்வாரியத்திற்கு உரிய அதிகாரங்கள் கொடுக்கப்படவேண்டும். இது செய்யப்படவில்லை என்றால், எங்கள் தீர்ப்பு "வெறும் காகிதத்தில்" மட்டுமே இருக்கும்" என்று கூறப்பட்டது( நடுவர் மன்ற இறுதித் தீர்ப்பு பக்கம் 223:

14. For this purpose, we recommend that Cauvery Management Board on the lines of Bhakra Beas Management Board may be constituted by the Central Government. In our opinion, the necessity of setting up a suitable mechanism is of utmost importance; besides whatever machinery is set up should be adequately empowered to implement the Tribunal's decision, as otherwise, we are afraid our decision would only be on a piece of paper.)

 

தீர்ப்பு வெளியாகி 11 ஆண்டுகள் மற்றும் அரசிதழில் வெளியாகி 5 வருடங்கள் ஆன பிறகும் காவேரி மேலாண்மை வாரியம் அமைக்கப்படவில்லை. 2016இல் வழக்கு நடந்த பொழுது, மத்திய அரசின் அட்டர்னி ஜெனரல், காவேரி மேலாண்மை வாரியம் அமைக்க உத்தரவிடுவதற்கு உச்சநீதிமன்றத்திற்கு அதிகாரம் இல்லை என்று வாதாடினார். மத்திய அரசுகள் மேலாண்மை வாரியத்தை அமைக்க விரும்பவில்லை என்ற எதார்த்தத்தை புரிந்துகொள்ளாமல் உச்சநீதிமன்ற தீர்ப்பு இவ்விடத்தில் மென்மையாகவும் தமிழகத்திற்கு அநீதி இழைக்கும் விதமாக அமைந்து இருக்கிறது. மேலாண்மை வாரியத்தை அமைக்கவிட்டால் அல்லது தாமதப்படுத்தினால் அல்லது உரிய அதிகாரங்களோடு அமைக்கவில்லை என்றால் என்ன தண்டனை என்பதை உச்சநீதிமன்றம் விவரிக்கவில்லை. இந்திய அரசியல் சாசன சரத்து 262ஐ மேற்கோள்காட்டி ஆளும் மத்திய அரசு மேலாண்மை வாரியம் அமைக்காமல் போவதற்குத்தான் வாய்ப்புகள் அதிகமாக இருக்கிறது.

 

மத்திய அரசுக்கு கடும் கண்டனம்:

 

மாநிலங்களுக்கு இடையே நதிநீர் பிரச்னையை தீர்ப்பதில் மத்திய அரசு மற்றும் பாராளுமன்றத்திற்கு முக்கிய பங்கு உள்ளது. அனால் தேசிய கட்சிகளுக்கு தமிழகத்தில் வாக்கு வங்கி இல்லை என்பதால், தமிழகத்தை மாற்றாந்தாய் மனப்பான்மையுடன் நடத்துகிறது. 1990ஆம் ஆண்டு அமைக்கப்பபட்ட நடுவர்மன்றம், 2007இல் இறுதி தீர்ப்பை வழங்குகிறது. அத்தீர்ப்பை 2013இல் அரசிதழில் வெளியிடப்படுகிறது. நதிநீர் பங்கீடு சட்டம் 1956 படி 6(1) படி, நடுவர்மன்ற தீர்ப்பை அரசிதழில் வெளியிட்டுவிட்டால், அது உச்சநீதிமன்ற தீர்ப்பிற்கு சமமாக பாவிக்கப்படவேண்டும். ஆளும் மத்திய அரசோ, ஆர்டிகிள் 262ஐ கோடிட்டு காட்டி, காவேரி வழக்கில் அரசுக்கு உத்தரவிடும் அதிகாரம் நீதிமன்றத்துக்கு இல்லை என்று கூறுகிறது. 17 வருடம் ஆராய்ந்து அளிக்கப்பட்ட தீர்ப்பையும் மதிக்காமல், உச்சநீதிமன்ற தீர்ப்பையும் மதிக்காமல், பாராளுமன்றத்தில் இது குறித்து முடிவெடுக்கப்படும் என்று காலம் தாழ்த்தும் நடவடிக்கையில் ஈடுபடும் மத்திய அரசை எப்படி நம்ப முடியும்? உச்சநீதிமன்றத்திற்கு அதிகாரம் இல்லையென்றால் 2007இல் வழக்கு தொடர்ந்த பொழுது கூறாமல் 2016இல் தங்களுக்கு பிடிக்காத உத்தரவு வந்த பிறகு கூறுவது அக்கிரமத்தின் உச்சக்கட்டம்.

தமிழகத்திற்கு மொத்த தண்ணீர் அளவு:

ஒரு நூற்றாண்டில் தமிழகம் சட்டப்படி 175 டிஎம்சியை இழந்து இருக்கிறது. இது தவிர தமிழக்தில் உற்பத்தி ஆகும் 227 டிஎம்சியும் வெகுவாக குறைந்து இருக்கிறது. கர்நாடகா காவேரியில் தண்ணீர் திறந்து, மேட்டூரில் தண்ணீர் திறந்தால் மட்டுமே காவேரியில் தண்ணீர் வருகிறது. தமிழகத்திலே உற்பத்தியாகும் 227 டிஎம்சியி எங்கே போயிற்று? தமிழக அரசு உடனே விழித்து கொண்டு, தமிழகத்தில் உற்பத்தியாகும் நீரை முறையாக சேமித்து பயன்படுத்த வேண்டும்.

 

 

காங்கிரஸ் மற்றும் பாஜக - தேசிய ஒற்றுமை மற்றும் இறையாண்மை - குழிதோண்டி புதைப்பு

 

சட்ட தீர்வுகள், சமாதான பேச்சுவார்த்தைகள், நீதிமன்ற உத்தரவுகள் என்று எதன் மூலமும் தீர்வு கிடைக்காத நிலையில், ஒரு இக்கட்டான விளிம்பிற்கு தமிழ்நாட்டை தள்ளி இருக்கிறது. தேசிய கட்சிகளின் கீழ்த்தரமான ஓட்டு வங்கி அரசியலினால் இன்று தேச ஒற்றுமையே கேள்விக்குறி ஆகி உள்ளது. 2007 முதல் 2013 இழுத்தடித்து, உச்சநீதிமன்ற உத்தரவினால் அரை மனதுடன் காவேரி நடுவர் மன்ற தீர்ப்பை அரசிதழில் காங்கிரஸ் அரசு வெளியிட்டது. சுதந்திரம் பெற்று தந்து இந்தியாவை கட்டமைத்த கட்சியாக இருக்கும் காங்கிரஸ், ஒரு மாநிலத்தின் ஓட்டு வங்கிக்காக சட்டத்தையும் உச்சநீதிமன்றத்தையும் இழிவு படுத்தி அரசியல் சாசனத்தையே நீர்த்து போக செய்து விட்டது. காவேரி மேலாண்மை வாரியத்தை அமைக்காமல், 2013 முதல் பாஜக அரசு தமிழகத்தை ஏமாற்றி வருகிறது. இந்திய தேசியத்தின் இறையாண்மை மற்றும் ஒற்றுமையை காக்க பிறந்த தன்னார்வல கட்சியாக காட்டி கொள்ளும் பாஜக, ஏன் உச்சநீதிமன்ற தீர்ப்புகளுக்கும் நியாயத்துக்கும் கட்டுப்படவில்லை? அனைத்து முயற்சிகளையும் எடுத்து, தன் உரிமைகளை பறிகொடுத்து, தீர்வுக்கான வழியே இல்லாத நிலையில் இருக்கும் தமிழகத்திற்கு மேலும் அநீதியை பாஜக அரசு இழைத்து வருகிறது. 

 

இனிமேலும் தமிழகத்தின் நியாயமான உரிமைகளை பெறுவதற்கு நீதிமன்றங்கள் மற்றும் மத்திய அரசுகள் முட்டுக்கட்டையாக இருக்குமேயானால் தேசிய இறையாண்மை மற்றும் ஒற்றுமை பாதிக்கப்படும். மக்களின் பிராந்திய உணர்வுகளை தூண்டிவிட்டு மாநில கட்சிகள் இந்திய ஒற்றுமையை சீர்குலைக்க வழிவகுக்கும். ஜாக்கிரதை!!

ஜெயலலிதா படம் : சட்டசபைக்குக் கரும்புள்ளி

அவசர அவசரமாக சட்டசபையில் ஜெயலலிதா படம் திறக்கப்படவுள்ளது. சொத்துக்குவிப்பு வழக்கில் தண்டிக்கப்பட்ட பிரதான குற்றவாளியின் படத்தை சட்டசபையில் தவறான முன்னுதாரணம். ஜனநாயகத்திற்கு விரோதமானது. உச்சநீதிமன்றத்தை அவமதிப்பு போன்றது. ஆகவே, சட்ட சபையில் ஜெயலலிதாவின் படத்தைத் திறக்கக்கூடாது என்ற கருத்தை வலியுறுத்தி சட்ட பஞ்சாயத்து இயக்கம் "கரும்புள்ளிப் பிரச்சாரத்தைத் துவங்கியுள்ளது.

60 ஆண்டுகள் நடந்து வைரவிழா கண்ட பாரம்பரியமிக்க தமிழக சட்டசபையில் ஜெயலலிதா படம் இருப்பது ஒரு கரும்புள்ளியே என்பதை வெளிப்படுத்தும்விதமாக இப்பிரச்சாரத்தை முன்னெடுக்கிறோம்.  பொதுமக்கள், கல்லூரி மாணவர்கள், சமூக ஆர்வலர்கள், லஞ்ச-ஊழல் எதிர்ப்புப் போராளிகள் அனைவரும் தங்களது முகநூல், டுவிட்டர், வாட்ஸ் அப்பில் வெள்ளைப் பின்புலத்தில் ஒரு கருப்புப்புள்ளி இருப்பதுபோன்ற படத்தை தங்களது சுயவிவரப்படமாகவும், முகப்புப்படமாகவும்( Cover pic, Profile pic, Display pic) மாற்றி  சட்டசபையில் ஜெயலலிதா படம் திறக்கப்படுவதற்கு ஜனநாயக முறையில், அறவழியில் எதிர்ப்புத் தெரிவிக்க வேண்டுகிறோம்.

ஜெயலலிதா குற்றவாளியே இல்லை என்ற வாதம் குறித்து…

பெங்களூர் விசாரணை நீதிமன்றத்தில் சொத்துக்குவிப்பு வழக்கில் நான்குபேர் தண்டிக்கப்பட்டனர்(குன்ஹா தீர்ப்பு) . ஜெயலலிதா(ஏ1), சசிகலா(ஏ2), இளவரசி(ஏ3), சுதாகரன்(ஏ4). இவர்கள் மீது சுமத்தப்பட்ட முக்கியக்குற்றச்சாட்டு "கூட்டுச்சதி(120(பி))". ஜெயலலிதா முதலமைச்சராக இருந்து ஊழல் செய்வதற்கு வழிவகுத்துக்கொடுக்கிறார். கொள்ளையடித்த பணத்தை பதுக்குவதற்கு, பல்வேறு இடங்களில் முதலீடு செய்வதற்கு மற்ற மூவரும் பரபரப்பாக உதவி(!!) செய்தனர். இப்போது ஏ2,ஏ3,ஏ4 தண்டிக்கப்பட்டு சிறையில் இருக்கின்றனர். ஏ1 ஆகிய ஜெயலலிதா இல்லாமல், அதாவது பொதுஊழியராக-முதல்வராக இருந்த ஜெயலலிதா இல்லையென்றால் ஏ2 சசிகலா உள்ளிட்ட மூவர் எப்படி கூட்டுச்சதி செய்யமுடியும்?  ஒருவரியில் சொல்வதென்றால், "... களவாணியே இல்லையென்றால் கூட்டுக்களவாணி  எங்கிருந்து வருவான்"?? ஆகவே, ஜெயலிதா தண்டிக்கப்பட்டவர் என்பதில் சந்தேகம் ஏதுமில்லை. அவர் இறந்துவிட்டதால் அவரை தண்டிக்கமுடியவில்லை அவ்வளவுதான். 

பேருந்து நிலையத்திலும், காவல் நிலையத்திலும் படம்:  படத்தை மாட்டிவைத்திருப்பது எல்லா இடங்களிலும் புகழுக்குரியது அல்ல. பேருந்து நிலையத்திலும், காவல் நிலையத்திலும் படம்: சிலரின் படத்தை மாட்டி வைத்திருப்பார்கள்  "ஜாக்கிரதை திருடர்கள்" என்ற தலைப்பிட்டு... அங்கெல்லாம், அவர்களின் படம் இருப்பதால் அவர்கள் புகழ்பெற்றவர்களாகிவிடமாட்டார்கள். நீங்கள் சட்டமன்றத்தில் திறக்கப்போகும் படத்தை காவல் நிலையத்திலும், பேருந்துநிலையத்திலும் மாட்டிவைக்கப்பட்ட படங்களுள் ஒன்றாக நாங்கள் கருதுகிறோம்.

 

சட்டசபையில் எங்கு மாட்ட வேண்டும் படத்தை..?

ஜெயலலிதா படம் சட்டசபையில் திறக்கப்படுவது தவறான முன்னுதாரணம் என்பது நம் கருத்து. இருந்தபோதும், அதிமுக அதைச் செய்யத்தான் போகிறது. ஆகவே, ஆளுங்கட்சிக்கு ஒரு கோரிக்கை. இப்படித்தான் முதலமைச்சர்கள் இருக்கவேண்டும் என்று நேர்மையின் சிகரங்களாக வாழ்ந்த ஓமந்தூரார்,காமராஜர் போன்றவர்களின் படத்தை ஒருபக்கமும்; "...இவர் போல் பொதுச்சொத்தை கொள்ளையடித்து, சர்வாதிகார ஆட்சி நடத்தக்கூடாது" என்பதற்கு உதாரணமாக ஜெயலலிதா படத்தை மறுபக்கமும் மாட்டி வையுங்கள் என்பதே கோரிக்கை.
