தமிழ்நாடு அரசு பணியாளர் தேர்வாணையத்திற்கு 5 உறுப்பினர்கள் புதிதாக நியமிக்கப்பட்டு, நேற்று பதவியேற்றனர். இந்த நியமனங்களில் முறைகேடுகளில் நடைபெற்றுள்ளதா இல்லையா என்பது குறித்து ஆய்வு செய்வதற்காக இந்த நியமனங்கள் தொடர்பான ஆவணங்களை நேரில் பார்வையிட்டு ஆய்வு செய்ய தமிழக அரசிற்கு சட்ட பஞ்சாயத்து இயக்கம் விண்ணப்பித்துள்ளது( தகவல் அறியும் உரிமைச் சட்டம் பிரிவு 2(J) இன் படி).

கடந்த ஆண்டு 31-01-2016 அன்று பணியாளர் மற்றும் நிர்வாக சீர்திருத்தத் துறையால்  நியமிக்கப்பட்ட 11பேரின் நியமன ஆணையை சென்னை உயர்நீதிமன்றம் ரத்து செய்து உத்தரவிட்டதை(22-12-2016 அன்று) அடுத்து அந்த 11 பேரின் நியமனங்களும் ரத்துசெய்யப்பட்டன. குறிப்பாக, அந்தப்பட்டியலில் ஒருவராக இருந்தவரும் பல்வேறு குற்றச்சாட்டுகளுக்கு ஆளானவருமான ஓய்வுபெற்ற நீதிபதி ராமமூர்த்தியை வேறு எந்தப்பதவிக்கும் நியமிக்கக்கூடாது என்று அந்த உத்தரவில் குறிப்பிடப்பட்டிருந்தது. 11 பேரின் நியமனங்களும் அவசர, அவசரமாக(24 மணிநேரத்திற்குள் அனைத்து ஆவணங்களும் தயார் செய்யப்பட்டு ) செய்யப்பட்டது ஆதாரபூர்வமாக நிரூபிக்கப்பட்டதால் அந்த நியமன ஆணை ரத்து செய்யப்பட்டது. அன்று உச்சநீதிமன்றத்தாலும் இந்த ஆணை உறுதிசெய்யப்பட்டது(09-01-2017).

இந்த பின்னணியில், அரசு பணியாளர் தேர்வாணையத்தில் 5 உறுப்பினர்கள் நேற்று புதிதாகப் பதவியேற்றுள்ளனர். திரு.ராஜாராம்.ஐ.ஏ.எஸ் உள்ளிட்ட இந்த 5 பேரும்( திரு.ராஜாராம்.ஐ.ஏ.எஸ்(ஓய்வு), டாக்டர்..பி.கிருஷ்ணகுமார், ஏ.சுப்பிரமணியன், வி.சுப்பையா, ஏ.வி.பாலுசாமி)  ஏற்கனவே ரத்து செய்யப்பட்ட 11 பேர் பட்டியலில் இருந்தவர்கள்தான் என்பது குறிப்பிடத்தக்கது.

 

அரசுப்பணியாளர் தேர்வாணையத்திற்கு 5 பேர் புதிய உறுப்பினராக நியமிக்கப்பட்டார்கள் என்று செய்திகள் வெளியாகியுள்ளதே தவிர, அவர்கள் எந்த நடைமுறைகளைப் பின்பற்றி நியமிக்கப்பட்டார்கள் என்பது குறித்த தகவல் எதுவும் இல்லை. குறிப்பாக, உயர்நீதிமன்றமும், உச்சநீதிமன்றமும் கடந்த நியமனத்தை ரத்து

செய்துள்ள சூழலில் தமிழக அரசானது தார்மீக அடிப்படையில் தானே முன்வந்து எந்தெந்த நடைமுறைகளைப் பின்பற்றி நியமனம் செய்யப்பட்டது என்பதை வெளிப்படையாக அறிவித்திருக்க வேண்டும். ஆனால் அதனைச் செய்யவில்லை.  ஊழலுக்கும், நிர்வாகச் சீர்கேட்டிற்கும் எடுத்துக்காட்டய்த் திகழும் தற்போதைய ஆளுங்கட்சி செய்துள்ள இந்த நியமனங்களில் முறைகேடுகள் நடந்திருக்க வாய்ப்பிருக்கும் என்பதால் நியமனம் தொடர்பான ஆவணங்களை நேரில் பார்வையிட்டு ஆய்வுசெய்ய அனுமதி கோரியுள்ளோம்(தகவல் அறியும் உரிமைச் சட்டம் பிரிவு  2(J) இன் படி ). அரசு வகுத்துள்ள நடைமுறைகளைப் பின்பற்றித்தான் நியமனங்கள் நடந்துள்ளது என்று தமிழக அரசு கருதினால், சம்பந்தப்பட்ட ஆவணங்களை நேரில் பார்வையிட விரைவில் அனுமதியளிக்குமாறு கேட்டுக்கொள்கிறோம்.

NGT rejects Manoj Mishra's plea to use Art of Living funds

Bangalore, 21 April, 2017: At today's hearing before the Hon'ble National Green Tribunal, three decisions were taken. All three were in favor of The Art of Living:



1. Petitioner Manoj Mishra's request to immediately utilize the funds deposited by The Art of Living was rejected.



2. Mishra's request to hear the case without giving us a chance to put in our objections to the quantification report was also rejected.



3. The Hon'ble Tribunal did not act upon Mishra's request to take action against us for the opinion expressed by us on our website.

Contrary to media reports, the Hon'ble Tribunal did not come down on us but in fact on Manoj Mishra. None of the actions they wanted to be taken were allowed. In court, banter is irrelevant. What is relevant are the decisions, all of which when in our favour. Unfortunately, some sections of the media have misreported the case.



We have faith in Judiciary and are confident that Truth will prevail.

பெங்களூரு 20  ஏப்ரல் 2017 : மாண்பு மிகு தேசிய  பசுமைத் தீர்ப்பாயத்தின் இன்றைய விசாரணையில், மூன்று முடிவுகள் எடுக்கப் பட்டன. அவையனைத்தும் வாழும் கலைக்கு சாதகமானவையாகவே அமைந்துள்ளன.

1. வாழும் கலை வைப்பில் வைத்துள்ள  நிதியை உடனடியாக பயன்படுத்த மனுதாரர் மனோஜ் மிஸ்ராவின் வேண்டுகோள் நிராகரிக்கப் பட்டது.
2. வழக்கு விசாரணையின்போது அளவீடு  வாய்ப்பைப் பற்றிய எங்களது ஆட்சேபணையை  அளிப்பதற்கான வாய்ப்பின்றி அமைந்த மிஸ்ராவின் வேண்டுகோளும் நிராகரிக்கப் பட்டது.
3. எங்கள் வலைத்தளத்தில் நாங்கள்  தெரிவித்த கருத்துக்கு எதிராக நடவடிக்கை எடுப்பதற்கு மிஸ்ராவின் வேண்டுகோளின் மீதும் மாண்பு மிகு தீர்ப்பாயம் செயல்படவில்லை.
   

ஊடக அறிக்கைகளுக்கு முற்றிலும் மாறாக, மாண்பு மிகு தீர்ப்பாயம் எங்கள் மீது பாயவில்லை உண்மையில்  அது மனோஜ் மிஸ்ராவின்  மீதுதான்  நிகழ்ந்தது. , அவர்கள் எடுக்க விரும்பிய  நடவடிக்கைகள் எதுவும் அனுமதிக்க ப்பட வில்லை. நீதிமன்றத்தில், வேடிக்கை என்பது  பொருத்தமற்றது. எது முக்கியமெனில் முடிவுகளே ஆகும்.அனைத்து முடிவுகளும் நமக்கு சாதகமானவையாகவே அமைந்தன. துரதிருஷ்டவசமாக, சில செய்தி ஊடகங்களில்  இவ்வழக்கு பற்றிய செய்திகள்  தவறாக பதிவு செய்யப்பட்டுள்ளன.

Why did the authorities give permission for WCF if Yamuna was so fragile?

Sri Sri : Invite all honest environmentalists to study the case and
unveil the truth.


The NGT can never get over the blot it has brought on itself by
delaying natural justice to The Art of Living and allowing its own
committee to malign the law-abiding organisation in the media. The Art
of Living had obtained all the necessary permission including the
NGT's. The NGT had the application file for two months and they could
have stopped it in the beginning. It defies all principles of natural
justice that you give permissions and slap a fine for not violating
any rules!

If, at all, any fine has to be levied, it should be levied on the
Central and State Governments and the NGT, itself, for giving the
permission. If the Yamuna was so fragile and pure, they should have
stopped the World Culture Festival at the very beginning. A historic
program, deserving of applause and appreciation, is unjustly projected
as a crime! Witnessed by 1.8 billion people all over the world and a
massive turnout on the ground, a floating stage of 7 acres without any
foundation (a marvel in itself!), the event polluted neither air,
water nor land. The world over, cultural programs are held on
riverbanks.

The whole idea was to bring awareness to save the river. The Art of
Living, that has rejuvenated 27 rivers, planted 71 million trees,
revived several ponds is being projected as destroying a dead river.
What a joke! The silence of the so-called experts, on the debris being
dumped there and permanent structures coming around, exposes their
malafide intentions.
Over and above this, the closeness of the petitioner to the committee
raises serious questions for which The Art of Living has filed a bias
application, which is pending.

The saviors are called destroyers and the giver of justice is
penalising the honest! Thanks to technology, all allegations against
The Art of Living stand disproved by the data available on Google maps
since the last 10 years.

I invite all honest environmentalists to study the case and unveil the truth.

உச்சநீதிமன்றத்தில் மார்ச் 31, 2017 அன்று வழங்கப்பட்ட தீர்ப்பின் விளைவாக தமிழகத்தில் 3321 டாஸ்மாக் மதுக்கடைகள் மூடப்பட வேண்டிய நிர்பந்தத்திற்கு உள்ளாகின. ஆனால், இந்தக் கடைகளை குடியிருப்புப் பகுதிகளிலும், விளைநிலங்களிலும் உடனடியாகத் திறக்கும் பணிகள் தமிழக அரசால், டாஸ்மாக் நிர்வாகத்தால் முடுக்கிவிடப்பட்டுள்ளன. 

இதனால், பாதிக்கப்படும் மக்கள் புதிதாக டாஸ்மாக் கடைகள் திறக்கப்படும் பகுதிகளில் கடை திறக்க எதிர்ப்பு தெரிவித்து போராட்டம் நடத்தி வருகின்றனர். அப்படிப்பட்டதொரு போராட்டத்தில்(திருப்பூர் சாமளாபுரத்தில் நடைபெற்ற போராட்டத்தில்) ஈடுபட்ட பெண் ஒருவரை திருப்பூர் ADSP பாண்டியராஜன் கன்னத்தில் அறைந்து, கடுமையாகத் திட்டிய காட்சிகள் தொலைக்காட்சிகளில் நேற்று( 11-02-2017 ) வெளியாகியது. இதுகுறித்த புகைப்படங்கள் இன்று(12-02-2017) நாளிதழ்களில் வெளியாகியுள்ளது. 

 

அந்தப் பெண்ணின் கன்னத்தில் விழுந்த அடியானது, ஜனநாயகத்தின் மீது விழுந்த அடி. மக்களுக்காக, மக்களால் நடத்தப்படும் மக்களுடைய அரசாங்கம்தான் ஜனநாயகம். மக்களின் தேவைகள், உணர்வுகளைப் புரிந்து கொண்டு ஆட்சி நடத்துவதுதான் ஆட்சியாளர்களுக்கு அழகு. டாஸ்மாக் கடைகள் வேண்டாம் என்று எதிர்ப்பு தெரிவிக்கும் இடங்களில் கூட கண்டிப்பாக கடைகளைத் திறப்போம் என்று தமிழக மக்கள் மீது "சாராயத் திணிப்பு" செய்யும் தமிழக அரசின் செயல் கேவலமானது, கண்டனத்துக்குரியது. இந்த சர்வாதிகாரப்போக்கு ஆபத்தானது. இது தொடருவதை அனுமதிக்க முடியாது, கூடாது.

உயர்நீதிமன்ற மதுரை கிளை கொடுத்த தீர்ப்பில் (ஆகஸ்ட்7,2014  குடியிருப்புப் பகுதியில் டாஸ்மாக் கடைகள் திறக்கப்படுவது என்பது அரசியல் சாசனம் குடிமக்களுக்குக் கொடுத்த உரிமையைப் (Article 21) பறிப்பதாகும் என்று குறிப்பிடப்பட்டுள்ளது.  பொதுமக்கள் அமைதியான, கண்ணியமான வாழ்க்கை வாழ்வதற்கு டாஸ்மாக் கடைகள் தடையாக இருக்கிறது என்று குறிப்பிட்ட அந்த வழக்கில் குடியிருப்புப் பகுதியில் இருந்த டாஸ்மாக் கடையை 2 நாட்களுக்குள் அகற்ற உத்தரவிட்டது. ( உத்தரவு இணைப்பில்)

மேற்குறிப்பிட்ட உயர்நீதிமன்ற உத்தரவை தமிழக அரசும், டாஸ்மாக் நிர்வாகமும் பின்பற்றவில்லை என்பது ஒருபக்கம். மறுபக்கத்தில், அதிமுக அரசானது தனது தேர்தல் அறிக்கையில் மதுவிலக்கை படிப்படியாக அமல்படுத்துவோம், பார்களை மூடுவோம், மறுவாழ்வு மையங்களை திறப்போம் என்று அறிவித்தது.  ஆனால், "படிப்படியாக" மதுக்கடைகள் மூடுவதற்கு எத்தனை படிகள் உள்ளன, எந்த ஆண்டில் எவ்வளவு கடைகள் மூடப்படும் என்பது குறித்து எந்தத் திட்டத்தையும் அறிவிக்கவில்லை. எப்போதெல்லாம் ஆளுங்கட்சிக்கு அரசியல் ரீதியான நெருக்கடிகள் வருகிறதோ, ஆட்சியாளர்கள் மீது மக்களுக்கு அதிருப்தி ஏற்படுகிறதோ, அப்போது அந்த அதிருப்தியை சமாளிக்க, திசைதிருப்ப சில நூறு கடைகள் மூடப்பட்டு வருவதைப் பார்க்கிறோம்.

இதுவரை 1000 கடைகள் மூடப்பட்டதாக சொல்லும் தமிழக அரசு, தற்போது தமிழகத்திலுள்ள மொத்த டாஸ்மாக் கடைகளின் எண்ணிக்கை எவ்வளவு என்பதை வெளிப்படையாக அறிவிக்க வேண்டும். எங்களின் சந்தேகம் என்னவென்றால், 1000 கடைகளை மூடிவிட்டு மீண்டும் வேறு ஒரு இடத்தில் 1000 கடைகளையோ அல்லது அதற்கும் மேற்பட்ட கடைகளையோ தமிழக அரசு திறந்திருக்க வாய்ப்புண்டு. 2013ல் தேசிய நெடுஞ்சாலை கடைகள் மூடப்பட்ட போது இதேதான் நடந்தது.

  

மாநில நெடுஞ்சாலைகளில்  மூடப்பட்ட டாஸ்மாக் கடைகள் ஒன்றும் பழமோ,நிழலோ தரும் மரமல்ல; வெட்டப்பட்ட இடத்திலிருந்து மீண்டும் வேறு இடத்தில் நட்டுவைக்க. அது விஷக்கடைகள். மக்கள் வாழ்வைச் சீரழிக்கும் விஷக்கடைகள். அப்படிப்பட்ட கடைகள் மீண்டும் வேறு இடத்தில் திறக்க வேண்டிய அவசியம் இல்லை. பூரண மதுவிலக்கை நோக்கிய அரசின் கொள்கை முடிவில் இது அடுத்த "படியாக" இருந்துவிட்டுப்போகட்டும்.

விவசாயிகள் பிரச்னை, வறட்சியைக்  கையாண்ட விதம், டாஸ்மாக் பிரச்னை, காவல்துறை கொண்டு போராட்டங்களை ஒடுக்கும் முறை, ஓட்டுக்குப்பணம் தந்த விவகாரம் இவையெல்லாவற்றையும் தொகுத்துப் பார்த்தால் இந்த ஆளுங்கட்சிக்கு "ஆளும்" தகுதி, திறமை, தார்மீக உரிமை இருக்கிறதா என்ற கேள்வி எழுகிறது. ஆளுங்கட்சியின் போக்கு இப்படியே தொடருமானால் விரைவில் மக்கள் புரட்சி வெடிக்கும்; அப்போது இந்த ஆட்சியாளர்கள் கண்டிப்பாக தூக்கியெறியப்படுவார்கள்.

இதனைப் புரிந்துகொண்டு, இனிமேலாவது தமிழக அரசானது பூரண மதுவிலக்கை விரைவாக அமல்படுத்த முன்வர வேண்டும். மூடப்படும் மதுக்கடைகளை எந்த இடத்திலும் திறக்கமாட்டோம் என்று அறிவிக்க வேண்டும். மறுவாழ்வு மையங்களை உடனே துவங்க வேண்டும். செய்யுமா தமிழக அரசு..?

Today we have released a publication detailing the "HAWALA" "FERA" cases on TTV.DINAKARAN.

Here is an specific point from our study:

In 2004- election affidavit, the PAN card number of Dinkaran is: AAMPD5644B 

In 2017 - election affidavit, the PAN card number of Dinkaran is: ABKPD2771Q  ( both affidavit page is attached)

This raises a question whether he uses different PAN cards for different elections.. why..? Does he try to hide his property or money transaction details..?  Satta Panchayat demands  that, Income tax department and Election commmision should probe this. If found guilty, case should be filed against TTV.Dinakaran for this double PAN card matter.

ஓமந்தூரார், காமராஜர், அண்ணா போன்ற தியாகிகளும், அறிவார்ந்த ஆளுமைகளும் அமர்ந்த முதல்வர் நாற்காலியில் தமிழகத்தின் மிகப்பெரிய பினாமி, மாபியா என்ற "சிறப்புத் தகுதி" மட்டுமே கொண்ட திருமதி.சசிகலா அவர்கள் முன்னிறுத்தப்பட்ட போது இலஞ்ச-ஊழலுக்கு எதிராகப் போராடி வரும் சட்ட பஞ்சாயத்து இயக்கம் இதனைக் கடுமையாக எதிர்த்தது. உண்ணாவிரதம், கருத்துக்கணிப்பு, உச்சநீதிமன்றத்தில் வழக்கு என ஒரு "பினாமி" முதல்வராவதை எதிர்த்து இயக்கம் பலவகையில் போராடியது.

சொத்துக்குவிப்பு வழக்கில் சசிகலா அவர்களுக்கு சிறைத்தண்டனை வழங்கப்பட்டபோது அவரின் குடும்பத்திலிருந்து டி.டி.வி.தினகரனை துணைப்பொதுச்செயலாளராக்கி தற்போது ஆர்.கே.நகர் தேர்தலில் வேட்பாளராக நிறுத்தப்பட்டுள்ளார். ஆர்.கே.நகரில் தினகரன் ஜெயித்தால் நாளையே அவர் முதல்வராக முயற்சிப்பார் என்பது உறுதி.

Japanese Parliament's Yoga Club to be inaugurated by Gurudev Sri Sri Ravi Shankar

Inspired by renowned spiritual leader, Gurudev Sri Sri Ravi Shankar, a Yoga Club has been formed in the Japanese Parliament, which Gurudev will be inaugurating on the 4th of April.

Over a hundred parliamentarians have already signed up to be members of the club, said senior parliamentarian Mr. Hiroshi Yamada.
"With guidance from Sri Sri, we are very sure that the initiative will become a grand success," he added.

The year 2017 having been declared as the year of 'Japan-India Friendly Exchanges,' this initiative is being seen as a milestone in the tradition bound Japanese culture.

Sri Sri Ravi Shankar to inaugurate YOGA CLUB in Japanese Parliament

TOKYO, April 2: Inspired by spiritual leader and founder of the Art of Living, Gurudev Sri Sri Ravi Shankar, a Yoga Club has been formed in Japanese Parliament. The Yoga Club will be inaugurated on the 4^th of April by Gurudev Sri Sri Ravi Shankar.

Senior parliamentarian Mr Hiroshi Yamada who is the chief coordinator of the proposed Yoga Club in Japanese Parliament said, "This idea of Yoga in the parliament has many takers and already more than hundred parliamentarians have signed up to be members of the Yoga club. With guidance from Sri Sri, we are very sure that this initiative will become a grand success."

Hon'ble Hakubun Shimomura, who has held many senior ministerial berths in the Government of PM Shinzo Abe, will be the Chairman of the Yoga Club. Mr Shimomura shared that he is inspired by Gurudev Sri Sri Ravi Shankar's vision of a stress-free society and one world family. "The most memorable moment of my life was when I read the message from Hon'ble PM Shinzo Abe addressing the World Culture Festival held in New Delhi last year," he added.

"We are very happy that Japanese parliamentarians are showing interest in yoga and meditation. This is much needed in current times," said renowned educationist Prof Pema Gyalpo, who is also the chairman of Art Of Living in Japan.
