Yoga enthusiasts vouch for its effectiveness in dealing with anxiety and stress, the two ubiquitous banes of our current lives under the lockdown. Yoga transforms the host of negative emotions we experience in our daily lives to a state of happiness, stability, and calm.  Yoga is a time tested antidote to host of lifestyle disorders that have their roots in stress, fatigue, sedentary and unfavorable lifestyle choices.

"The blossoming of the complete human potential is yoga. Stopping misery before it arrives is yoga," says Gurudev Sri Sri Ravi Shankar, distinguishing the science of yoga from just a set of physical asanas. "Yoga is the wave uniting with its depth. It takes us to our source of happiness, the greatest wealth of humankind. The purpose of wealth is to bring happiness and comfort; and yoga brings total comfort."
