illegal banner case.. Information Mismatch in Govt.affidavit.. ??

Today PIL submitted by Satta Panchayat Iyakkam(WP:41107) came for hearing. Govt. submitted details about the permissions given for banners with regards to ADMK general council meeting(which happened on 31st dec). In the affidavit, you can see that all the permissions were applied on 30th dec and they got permission on the same day.. 

Please refer to the attached affidavit page: In this, out of 350 banners, permission application for 60 banners were applied on 30th Dec, but the payment for the banner was done on 28th and 29th Dec.. This looks odd.
There are chances for malpractices. We are bringing the issue to the media's attention. Please inquire & highlight the issue, if there is a malpractice..

சட்ட பஞ்சாயத்து இயக்கம் தொடுத்த பொதுநல வழக்கில், இன்று அரசு தாக்கல் செய்த ஆவணத்தில் 60 பேனர்களுக்கு 30 டிசம்பர் அன்றுதான் விண்ணப்பம் கொடுக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது; ஆனால் 28டிசம்பர், 29 டிசம்பர் அன்று பேனர்கள் வைக்க பணம் கட்டிவிட்டார்கள் என்று தகவல் உள்ளது(இணைப்பில் பார்க்கவும்). இதில் உள்ள முரண்பாடுகளை ஊடகங்களின் கவனத்திற்குக் கொண்டுவருகிறோம். விசாரித்து இதுகுறித்து எழுதுமாறு கேட்டுக்கொள்கிறோம்.

அரசின் அறிக்கையில், 350 பேனர்களுக்கும் சட்ட பஞ்சாயத்து இயக்கம், டிராபிக் இராமசாமி ஆகியோர் வழக்கு தொடுத்த டிசம்பர்30ம் தேதியன்றுதான் பேனர்வைக்க அனுமதி கேட்டு விண்ணப்பம் அளிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது. அனுமதியும் டிசம்பர் 30ம்தேதியே கொடுக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது என்பது குறிப்பிடத்தக்கது.
