We invite you to the landmark conference on Towards Self-Sufficiency of Water in Tamil Nadu - Reviving and Rejuvenating Water Bodies. The conference, being organized by Madras Chamber of Commerce and Industry (MCCI) jointly with The Art of Living, is a part of the ongoing effort to bring about long lasting and conclusive solution to Tamil Nadu's water problem.
Some of the main speakers at the Conference will include Art of Living Founder Gurudev Sri Sri Ravi Shankar; Dr Lingaraju Yale, Geologist, National Director, River Rejuvenation Projects, Mr S.A. Raman, Collector of Vellore; Dr Satyagopal, Principal Secretary, Govt. of TN; Mr. Ranganath, Managing Director, Grundfos; Mr S. Varadarajan, CFO & Executive Director, Va Tech Wabag; and Mr L. Nandakumar, Superintendent Engineer, Smart Cities.
The Art of Living and the Govt. of Tamil Nadu are reviving four rivers and tributaries in the State - Naganadhi, Saraswathi, Kowshika and Noyyal. The team is also working to revive more than 100 ponds and lakes.
